Returns Policy

Marv has had a 30-Day Return Policy for over 40 years. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund your money!

To Return an Item

  1. Make sure the product is undamaged and in its original condition
  2. Include all accessories that were received as part of your order
  3. Package all items into a separate shipping box (do not attach a shipping label to the product’s box)
  4. Wrap all items securely and include packaging materials if necessary to avoid damage
  5. Include your order invoice or receipt in the box
  6. Ship your return to us using a trackable method. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Once your returned order is received, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are made to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit or debit card statement.

Restocking Fee

Failure to follow our return instructions above may result in a 15% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damage

All claims for damage, defect, errors, or shortages in your order must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.

Promotional Items

Bose promotional items that were sent as a ‘gift with purchase’ must be returned if you return the paid item.

Not Returnable

The following items are not returnable:

  • Shirts that have been worn or washed
  • Charts
  • Items that have been visibly used or damaged by the customer
